Does your child dream of being in a rock band?  Well, here is his or her chance!  In Rock Band Basics, students at Parallel Sound Studio will learn their instrument, music theory basics and how to work together as a band, while playing actual rock music.  No experience is necessary.  Children will learn as they go and take individual, weekly lessons that are included in the program fee.

 

Songs are chosen based on what skills they will teach students while maintaining fun and excitement for everyone involved.  

 

At the end of the session, the band will be able to hold a performance on the Parallel Sound Studio stage for their family and friends!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Rock Band Basics music program includes: 
 

• Learning the basics of technique and music theory

• Understanding the dynamic of playing in a group

• A weekly private music lesson - guitar, bass guitar, keyboard, drums, and / or vocals

• A weekly group rehearsal taught by a Parallel Sound Studio teacher
